Terms and conditions of use of the year-round cottage
Before using the facility „Vistula Valley” Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions.
The subject of the services is only short-term rental of cottages – no ongoing service or security of the property is provided during the rental period.
The cottages are not available for hire for birthday parties, team-building events or stag/hen parties.
- Only persons listed in the booking may use the cottage.
- If it is found that there are more people staying in the cottage than were reported during the booking, the Landlord may terminate the agreement with the Customer/Tenant without having to refund the fee.
- Persons who are not guests of the cottages are not permitted to stay on the premises. The tenant may not allow other persons who are not registered guests to use the cottage.
- The handover of keys to the cottage and their collection always takes place in the presence of the Landlord or a person authorised to do so.
- The cottages are rented on a daily basis, with the day starting at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ending at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Any early arrival (before 3 p.m.) must be agreed with the Owner/Lessor at least one day in advance.
- Persons staying in the cottage are financially responsible for any damage, vandalism or missing equipment in the cottage.
- Please report any damage or faults that occur during your stay to the Landlord. It is forbidden to repair or modernise the equipment in the cottages yourself.
- The landlord is not responsible for items and money left in the cottage. Responsibility for personal items rests with the tenant of the cottage.
- The owner/landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as power cuts, water supply interruptions, or lack of TV signal, etc.
- The payment for the stay does not include insurance for guests and injuries sustained during the rental period. The Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or damage to property.
- When leaving the cottage, remember to switch off electrical appliances and close doors and windows.
- Free parking is available for guests. A maximum of two cars per cottage may use the car park, but the Landlord is not responsible for vehicles parked here.

Due to fire safety requirements, the following is prohibited in the cottage:
- a) use any electrical or gas-powered devices or appliances that are not part of the equipment of these rooms and may pose a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners;
- b) bringing flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odour;
- c) lighting a bonfire or barbecue and using open flames outside designated areas;
- d) lighting a barbecue on the wooden terrace;
- e) smoking inside the cottage – cottages are equipped with smoke detectors and smoking is strictly prohibited. no smoking.

Residents of the „Wiślańska Dolina” cottages are particularly obliged to:
- a) maintaining order and cleanliness in the cottages they inhabit and around their accommodation, sorting rubbish and disposing of it in the appropriate containers;
- b) use the equipment on the premises of the „Wiślańska Dolina” cottages and in the cottages in a civilised manner and in a way that does not cause damage or deterioration of their technical condition;
- c) behaving in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others, not disturbing the peaceful stay of other guests by playing or reproducing loud music, behaving in a manner commonly considered indecent and vulgar;
- d) maintaining and returning the cottage in its original condition on the day of collection.
- A fee of PLN 200 (two hundred 00/100) per item will be charged for losing the key to the cottage.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- In the event of a gross violation of the night-time quiet hours, the Landlord may terminate the agreement without refund.
- In the event of police intervention, the Landlord may immediately terminate the agreement without refund. The owner/Landlord shall not bear the costs of police intervention.
- The lessor may terminate the agreement with immediate effect without refund in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
- The agreement does not cover travel arrangements, meals or the organisation of time during the stay.
- We do not accept pets in the cottage.
- The law applicable to disputes between the Owner/Lessor and Tenants is Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably, and in the event of a disagreement, the competent court shall be the court competent for the registered office of the Owner/Lessor.
- Matters not covered by these regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules and regulations and bear full responsibility for the safety and all consequences of their children's actions.
- The use of loudspeakers outdoors is prohibited.
