Property rules
Rules for using the year-round cottage
Before using the property“Wiślańska Dolina”please read these house rules.
The service covers only short-term cottage rental. Ongoing service and security of the property are not provided during the rental period.
The cottages are not rented for birthdays, corporate parties, stag parties or hen parties.
- Only guests listed in the booking may use the cottage.
- If more people are staying in the cottage than were declared during booking, the Landlord may terminate the agreement without refunding the fee.
- Persons who are not cottage guests may not stay on the property. The tenant may not make the cottage available to unregistered persons.
- Handing over and returning the cottage keys always takes place in the presence of the Landlord or an authorised person.
- The cottages are rented by the night. The stay begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Any earlier arrival (before 3:00 p.m.) must be agreed with the Owner/Landlord at least one day in advance.
- Guests staying in the cottage are financially responsible for damage, vandalism or missing equipment.
- Please report any damage or faults arising during use of the cottage to the Landlord. Carrying out repairs or modifications to cottage equipment yourself is prohibited.
- The Landlord is not responsible for items or money left in the cottage. The cottage tenant is responsible for personal belongings.
- The Owner/Landlord is not responsible for inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as interruptions in electricity or water supply, lack of TV signal, etc.
- Payment for the stay does not include guest insurance or insurance for injuries sustained during the rental period. The Landlord is not responsible for any damage to property.
- When leaving the cottage, remember to switch off electrical appliances and close doors and windows.
- Free parking is available to guests. A maximum of two cars per cottage may use the parking area. The Landlord is not responsible for vehicles parked there.
- Due to fire safety requirements, the following is prohibited in the cottage:
- a) use any electrically or gas-powered devices or appliances that are not part of the room equipment and may create a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, radiators or gas burners;
- b) bring in flammable materials, explosives or materials with an unpleasant odour;
- c) light a bonfire or barbecue or use an open flame outside the designated area;

- Guests staying in the “Wiślańska Dolina” cottages are particularly obliged to:
- a) keep the occupied cottages and the area around the accommodation tidy and clean, sort waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers;
- b) use the equipment on the grounds and inside the “Wiślańska Dolina” cottages in a considerate manner that does not cause damage or deterioration of its technical condition;
- c) behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of others and does not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests by playing loud music or behaving in a manner generally considered indecent or vulgar;
- d) utrzymywania i zwrotu domku w stanie pierwotnym z dnia odbioru.
- A fee of PLN 200 is charged for each lost cottage key.
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- In the event of a serious breach of quiet hours, the Landlord may terminate the agreement without a refund.
- If police intervention is required, the Landlord may terminate the agreement immediately without a refund. The Owner/Landlord does not cover the costs of police intervention.
- The Landlord may terminate the agreement immediately without a refund if these rules are not observed.
- The agreement does not include transport, meals or organisation of activities during the stay.
- Pets are not accepted in the cottage.
- Polish law applies to disputes between the Owner/Landlord and tenants. Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be the court with jurisdiction over the Owner/Landlord’s registered office.
- Matters not covered by these rules are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Parents or guardians supervise compliance with these rules and bear full responsibility for the safety and all consequences of their children’s actions.
- Using loudspeakers outdoors is prohibited.
